Even though a traditional cardboard crate isn’t the least sustainable form of packaging you’ll find at the supermarket, designer Maja Szcypek has put forth a new concept for an even more eco-friendly packaging design for eggs. The ‘Happy Eggs‘ packaging is made from heat pressed hay, which requires less manufacturing and is obviously readily available in bulk quantities.
