Havmor celebrates the success of ‘The Coolest Summer Job’ – Season 2 campaign

Havmor Ice Cream Ltd, announced the winners of the digital campaign ‘The Coolest Summer Job – Season 2’. Amongst the entries received, five deserving candidates – Anushka Sharma (Mumbai), Shivam Sardana (Pune), Samridhi Gogna (Delhi), Anuraj Munjal (Delhi) and Akshina Bhargva (Indore) were selected for the position of ‘Chief Tasting Officer’ (CTO). Similar to last year The Coolest Summer Job – Season 2 campaign received overwhelming response. It went live on April 19, 2018 and over 30,000 entries received from across the nation; creating over 4.5 million digital impressions.

The three-day event kicked off with the induction of the winners and a mentoring session with the Queen of Desserts – Chef Kainaz Messman, Founder, Theobroma. Kainaz spoke at length with the newly appointed CTOs on how to utilize their passion for ice cream in developing enticing flavors keeping in mind the key factors – taste, texture and presentation. She also spoke about the ingredients and the simplicity and complexity of flavors on the first day of training program.

The newly appointed ‘Chief Tasting Officers’ (CTOs) worked closely with R&D team at Havmor’s manufacturing facility at Naroda, Ahmedabad and underwent a great learning experience as they receive the opportunity to work with the best state-of-the-art technology at the manufacturing plant. New CTOs came up with unique ideas and tested more than 40 new possible flavours under supervision of Havmor’s R&D team and chefs.

The newly appointed CTOs had unique and learning experience at Havmor ice cream. They played a significant role in ideating and co-creating new flavors of their own choice. From the first draft of about 40 new flavours invented by these CTOs, Havmor ice cream will select few flavours which might be introduced in Havmor Ice Creams Menu.
