Signs of pride - l’oréal for lgbtq+ community

LGBTQ+ pride is a steadily emerging phenomenon that gives the people of the community a chance to accept themselves as they are, and spread messages of love and prosperity. Every year, in the month of June, millions of people come to New York to participate in the NYC Pride March. This year, L’Oréal USA organized a campaign called Signs of Pride.

The promo for the campaign was designed by an agency named Kettle. It involved the collaboration of 4 L’Oréal USA employees with 4 artists from the LGBTQ+ community. The creative minds worked in synergy to design meaningful signs for the Pride March. The whole initiative gave the participating members of the LGBTQ+ community a chance to express themselves through art.

Shauna, our National Sales Director at Atelier Cologne, and artist Adam JK found common ground right away. Watch them bond over what matters most.

L’Oréal Paris Brand Manager, Kris, and Philadelphia-based illustrator Loveis Wise joined forces to bring their own journeys to life through #SignsofPride.

For Billy, our Assistant Marketing Manager at Matrix, and illustrator Mohammed, beauty has no labels. Stay tuned to see their inspiring collaboration in #SignsOfPride.

We feel that such campaigns bridge the divide between different social groups, and inculcate notions of acceptance and harmony in the society. L’Oréal’s #SignsOfPride is one of those campaigns that the world needs more of!
