Publicis agencies in India celebrate ‘equal pay’ status with #AllEqual

Publicis Communications India and Publicis Media India were recently certified as “Equal Pay” organisations by KPMG, who conducted an independent third party study. To celebrate Publicis Equal Pay, the agencies posted an album across their platforms on social media which hit the nail on the head. They got their leadership teams to dress like the opposite gender with quirky descriptions such as Raj or Rajeshwari, all are equal for us. And so on. #AllEqual
