The New York Times: The Truth Translator – The tool that helps reveal the truth in headlines
September 10, 2020
News literacy is declining in America, and it’s getting harder for news consumers to distinguish between opinion and fact. To solve this problem, The New York Times partnered with Google Translate to create a tool that translates news headlines into the most unbiased headline – introducing The Truth Translator. The tool aims to make seeking the truth and thinking critically about the news an everyday practice.
