WATConsult has won the digital media duties for Tata Group’s Infinity Retail owned – Croma, an Indian retail chain for consumer electronics and durables. Infiniti Retail, a subsidiary of the Tata Group, runs Cromā stores in India. As the agency on record, WATConsult will be managing the brand’s digital presence across verticals.

With a total of 138 stores in 37 cities in India and a strong online presence, Croma, is one of its kind, a multi-brand retail chain store that offers seamless ‘omnichannel’ shopping experience. With a world-class ambiance, Croma allows the consumer to leverage both, the online and the offline worlds. Since its launch in 2006, the brand has expanded in various product portfolios from Electronic equipment, kitchen appliances to various gaming products. The store that housed all the digital and technology-driven utility products, has grown leaps and bounds since then.
