Donate Life California created ‘Second Chances’ campaign to reward an organ donor’s generosity.

California has the most registered vehicles and the most significant number of licensed drivers in the country, but it has one of the lowest percentages of registered organ donors. 95% of organ donation registrations are made when people are applying for or renewing their driver’s license. Registered donors have a “donor” pink dot on their license.
