Hindware Italian Tiles, a prominent bathroom and tile solutions provider in India, is excited to introduce its latest initiative, the ‘Broken Not Waste’ campaign. The campaign, developed and executed in collaboration with Grapes Digital, an integrated communications agency, aims to raise awareness about the wastage of tiles that occurs during renovation and construction projects. The campaign promotes sustainable practices, encouraging customers to recycle or reuse broken tiles. In partnership with Delhi Street Art – DSA Foundation, Hindware has created stunning mosaics using waste tiles, highlighting the value of repurposing broken tiles for creative uses.

The ‘Broken Not Waste’ campaign involved the creation of colorful mosaics spanning 32 square feet at Harcourt Butler Senior Secondary School and Surjit Wasu Memorial School in New Delhi. A team of talented artists, interior designers, and architects showcased their creativity and skills, transforming waste tiles into exquisite pieces of art. The entire initiative reflects Hindware’s commitment to sustainable design and reducing waste.

The launch of the campaign coincides with National Tile Day on February 23, 2023. Hindware plans to scale up the initiative and create more art pieces across India. The project showcases the power of innovation and creativity in promoting sustainability and reducing waste. Hindware has partnered with dealers, interior designers, and architects to address tile waste from design to construction and implement corrective measures for reducing waste.
