Mercado Libre: If you don’t like it, just return it

2021 arrives, and just after the pandemic has made us much more aware of the value and importance of money, Mercado Libre, seeking to strengthen ties of trust with its customers and show them how important they are to move the economy starting the year, it launches this campaign where it is easy to change or return any product purchased on the platform without waiting forever, just like a boomerang would.
In a statement, the agency highlighted: “The big problem with online shopping in Colombia is that people have to wait an eternity when they ask for a product change or money refund, and even more so now when we are starting this new year, full of illusion and economic activation.” For this reason, as it was emerging from the pandemic, Mercado Libre counted on us to directly face this barrier, showing people how easy it is to change a product or receive a refund without many processes or time standby.
In this way, Mercado Libre will continue to support the reactivation of the economy, demonstrating its specific benefits to generate long-term relationships with current customers, thinking about their comfort, and confirming that the best way to connect with people is through the trust of them.
