An expectant mother voiced her concern in a letter to CoorDown when she learnt that her to-b-born has been diagnosed with Down Syndrome. Instead of reassuring her themselves, the organisation got children suffering with the same disease to respond. The future mom must have got her answer. For us, it’s a great learning for all communication – to let the audience do the talking for you.
