More importantly, how did a mere name gain traction of the size that most marketing campaigns aspire for? Well, like most online trends, the origin of Binod is not rooted in some iron-clad logic. Instead, it was born out of a seemingly everyday phenomenon in the world of YouTube. More precisely, the Channel Slayy Point released a video in which they threw some shade on the meaningless comments that their videos get. One of the comments was made by someone named Binod Tharu. Guess what the comment said? Well, “Binod”! From that point forward, the name spread all over the internet like wildfire. In fact, its spread still hasn’t been contained.
