Through today’s technology, frozen fish can really be higher quality than “fresh fish.” New strategies inside the fishing industry have allowed fish to be frozen straight from the boat within hours of being caught – preserving the taste, texture and dietary advantages – in comparison to fish sold at “Fresh fish markets,” which often has a week or long journey to store cabinets, and an extended decaying procedure. but, many people don’t realize or consider this, and have prejudice to consist of frozen fish of their weight loss plan.
