The idea is inspired by Nissan’s ProPILOT 2.0 driver assistance technology.

Too good to be true? Not at all, thanks to the innovative ProPILOT 2.0 driver assistance technology built into the unique concept balls design. This technology debuted in the stunning Nissan Skyline in Japan earlier this year and wowed onlookers with its clean manoeuvring and intelligence.

How the concept of a golf ball works is ingenious; an overhead camera detects the ball’s position. The monitoring system kicks in to calculate the ball’s route and adjust the trajectory accordingly as it is hit. This combines sensing technology with a small internal motor, ensuring the golf ball always reaches its destination.

The brilliant ProPILOT 2.0 golf ball can follow a predefined route to ensure it always hits its mark. An ingenious concept is showing off Nissan’s technological and innovative prowess whilst having a little fun at the same time.
