The Meath Epilepsy Charity: Capable of More

The Capable of More campaign by The Meath Epilepsy Charity was created to launch The Meath’s new brand purpose: Recognising Ability – which sums up their approach to caring and providing for their residents.

Capable of more
The film dispels common perceptions of disability and empowers its protagonist to remind us that life is for living to the full. If the pandemic has taught us anything, it is that we must seize life’s opportunities and remind ourselves that we are capable of more.

There are currently over 600,000 people living with epilepsy in the UK, which’s equivalent to roughly one in every 103 people. As a guide, about 87 more people will be diagnosed today… and every day.

The Meath has been caring for people with epilepsy for over 125 years. Their mission is to support, care for and protect the physical and mental health of people living with epilepsy and associated learning and physical disabilities by providing suitable accommodation, tailored assistance, skills training, leisure and sports activities.
