KFC is back with yet another mea culpa campaign after running one of the best apology-cum-confession campaigns of all time, named simply “FCK” as a letter of apology to all people who were disappointed due to sudden chicken shortage at KFC outlets. The new one’s called the “KFC Ain’t no small fry” campaign which is built around the hatred for KFC French fries across its U.K. locations and the star of this blitz campaign is a tweet that criticizes KFC for serving bad fries.

Along with the above tweet, Twitter is inundated with many other hate-tweets disparaging that standard and taste of KFC fries. KFC has acknowledged all the critics and their tweets turning them into press and outdoor ads with a promise to launch new fries that are claimed to be chunkier, tastier, and better – packaged as the “Ain’t no small fry” campaign.

KFC’s fries are not so much loved as their chicken is and it becomes evident after noticing a pool of complaints on Twitter hurled squarely and sincerely at their recipe and taste of fries. However, we think that the good news is that KFC doesn’t fear to listen to it, embrace all of it and spread the world loud and clear with a promise to come back with more delectable fries.
