The Novel Coronavirus has changed the dynamics of the world in major ways. Alongside common folks, fast-food chains have also felt the complete force of these differences. Well, Burger King is well-aware of this fact and their recent ad proves the same. Titled Burger King Virtual Homecoming, the campaign embodies the spirit of gamified advertisement. Since customers can’t visit a real-life Burger King in Chile during quarantine, Burger King went to customers instead. By partnering with native Chilean talent, Burger King created a GTA San Andreas-themed virtual restaurant for fans to visit. Moreover, the fast-food chain also gave visitors a chance to win some real-life BK Whoppers. If that’s not a win-win, we don’t know what is!
